From one Finnish entrepreneur to another

Running a business on your own is a constant balancing act. I know from experience what it feels like when the days go entirely on your own craft, whether that is making something with your hands, serving customers or building something at a screen, and the evenings are still supposed to go on receipts and admin.

I got tired of the paperwork and of invoicing software more complicated than the job itself. What grated most were the monthly fees that kept running even in the months when there was less to invoice. I wanted a tool that stays out of the way. One that does only the essential: helps you get the money in quickly, correctly and without extra fiddling.

Since the market had nothing simple enough and fairly enough priced, I decided to build it myself.

Frequently asked questions

How many invoices do I get for free?

Three every month, forever. The counter resets at the turn of the month, so you get three fresh ones each month. You can add up to 3 clients and 10 products.

Do I need a credit card?

No. The Starter tier never asks for a card at sign-up. You add payment details only if you decide to go unlimited.

Do I have to verify my email?

Yes. When you create an account, we send a confirmation link to your email. You click it once and the account is active. This keeps your invoices and notifications going to the right address.

What happens when I hit the three-invoice limit?

Your invoices, clients and data stay safe and available. Creating a new invoice opens up again at the turn of the month, or right away if you go unlimited with no monthly cap.

How do I go unlimited?

You go unlimited from inside the app in a few clicks for 11.95 €/mo + VAT. Unlimited invoices and the extra features open up immediately, and you can cancel any time.

What reports do I get?

On the free Starter tier you see the revenue and VAT report. On paid you also get per-customer sales and receivables plus receivables aging: at a glance, how much each customer has brought in, what is still unpaid and who is overdue.

Do free invoices show a Haimoo mark, and does it go away?

On the Starter tier your PDF invoices carry a small Haimoo mark. It disappears the moment you go unlimited, so the invoice is entirely your own.

Can I export my own data?

Yes. You get invoices as PDF and a summary for your accountant as CSV and PDF. Your data is yours, on the free Starter tier too.

Do credit notes count toward the monthly limit?

A credit note corrects an invoice you already sent, so it does not count toward the three-invoice monthly limit. The limit applies to new sales invoices.

Does the price include VAT?

No. Unlimited is 11.95 €/mo excluding VAT. VAT of 25.5% is added on top, so the charge is 15.00 € a month.

Is there a commitment?

No. The Starter tier stays free as long as you like, and the paid tier is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.
